YOUR MENTAL HEALTH JOURNEY DESERVES THOUGHTFUL GUIDANCE

Meet your trail guide.

Whether you’re searching for answers, exploring treatment options, or trying to understand why you haven’t been feeling like yourself, you deserve care built on curiosity, compassion, and science.

At Wylde Collective, Maggie Brother, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC offers personalized psychiatric care through virtual appointments across New York and Connecticut, with in-person support available in Dobbs Ferry, helping you better understand your mental health and your next step forward.

WHEREVER YOU ARE ON THE PATH

You don’t need to have it all figured out before asking for support.

Maybe things look okay from the outside, but internally something feels different. Maybe you’re wondering whether it’s anxiety, ADHD, hormones, burnout, trauma, or something else entirely.

Maggie believes good mental healthcare starts by slowing down, asking better questions, and understanding the full picture before deciding what comes next.

At Wylde Collective, care is collaborative, trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and rooted in the belief that your symptoms are important, but they are only one part of your story.

Here, evidence guides the process, but humanity stays at the center.

HEY THERE, I’M MAGGIE

A psychiatric provider with a love for science, curiosity, and the human experience.

Maggie Brother, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC is a dual board-certified Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in New York with a simple belief: good mental healthcare starts with understanding the whole person.

Because anxiety isn’t always just anxiety. Depression isn’t always just depression.

Sometimes your mental health is influenced by stress, sleep, hormones, physical health, past experiences, medications, medical conditions, or a combination of factors. Maggie’s approach brings together psychiatric expertise, medical insight, and genuine curiosity to better understand the person behind the symptoms.

A different kind of mental healthcare experience.

With over a decade in medicine, Maggie’s path has taken her through both physical and mental healthcare. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner before completing advanced specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health, creating a foundation that allows her to evaluate mental health through a broader lens.

But Wylde Collective was built on more than clinical experience.

Inspired by science, philosophy, human consciousness, and the complexity of the human experience, Maggie created a practice where evidence-based medicine and genuine connection can exist together.

Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and deeply informed, offering psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy for adults looking for thoughtful care that sees the full picture.

The principles that guide the path

Curiosity

We ask thoughtful questions because understanding comes before treatment.

Evidence

Care is grounded in research, clinical expertise, and modern psychiatric practice.

Collaboration

You are an active part of your care, not just a diagnosis or treatment plan.

Humanity

Mental healthcare should feel respectful, approachable, and deeply personal.

So nice to meet you!

Here's what happens next

Step 1

Find Your Trailhead

If you’re interested in medication support, start by scheduling an Initial Evaluation with Maggie. This comprehensive session helps clarify your symptoms and determine the most effective personalized treatment plan for you. Behavioral strategies, nervous system regulation, and practical tools are often incorporated alongside medication to support lasting progress.

Step 2

Choose
Your Path

If therapy feels like the right next step, sessions provide a supportive space to explore patterns, process emotions, navigate stress, strengthen coping strategies, and better understand yourself.

Care may include cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR therapy, or other evidence-based approaches depending on your needs.

Step 3

Continue The Journey

For many people, care involves a combination of approaches. Research consistently shows that for many conditions such as depression and anxiety, combining medication with psychotherapy can improve outcomes in roughly 60–70% of people, compared with lower response rates when using a single treatment approach.

Ready when you are.
