FAQ's

Wylde Collective is an out-of-network practice.

This allows us to provide individualized, unhurried, and flexible care without the limitations insurance companies often place on treatment length, diagnosis requirements, or session structure.

Upon request, we provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits.

Wylde Collective offers therapy only for adolescents. Medication management clients must be 18 years and older.

We primarily work with adults navigating:

• Anxiety
• Depression
• ADHD
• OCD
• Burnout and stress-related concerns
• Life transitions and existential distress

You do not need a formal diagnosis to seek support.

Medication is never automatic. It is a collaborative decision.

Maggie will help guide you through exploration of symptom severity, functional impact, previous treatment response, and your personal preferences. For some people, medication provides meaningful relief. For others, therapy and behavioral interventions may be sufficient.

There is no one-size-fits-all path.

Frequency depends on your goals and level of support needed.

• Medication management typically occurs every 4–8 weeks after stabilization.
• Therapy is often weekly, especially in the beginning.
• Some clients choose a hybrid approach.

We adjust as your needs evolve.

Wylde Collective integrates Western medicine and evidence-based therapy with nervous system regulation, lifestyle medicine, and mind–body awareness.
